Meine heutige Karte wurde von Altenews Online-Kurs „All about Layering 4“ von Lydia Evans inspiriert. Ich muss zugeben, ich war bisher kein großer Fan von Layering Stamping (weil ich es nie richtig hinbekommen habe), aber als ich die wunderschönen Ergebnisse im Online-Kurs sah, habe ich es „ein letztes Mal“ ausprobiert. My card today was inspired by Altenew’s online class „All about Layering 4“ by Lydia Evans. I have to admit, I have not been a fan of layered stamping (because I never got it right), but when I saw the beautiful results in the online class, I tried it „one last time“. And what can I say, I am so in love with the result, that there actually will be many more times I will use layering stamps. However, lets start at the beginning…

Ich habe den Altenew Layering Stamp „Sunflower Daisy“ verwendet und die verschiedenen Schichten mit Altenew Mini Ink Cubes gestempelt. Mein Stamp Wheel war praktisch, da ich alle Stempelschichten auf einmal angebracht hatte und nur das Rad drehen musste.	I used the Altenew Layering Stamp „Sunflower Daisy and stamped out the different layers with Altenew Mini Ink Cubes. My Stampwheel was handy, as I had all stamp layers attached at once and I only had to turn the wheel.
Als zusätzliche Textur habe ich meinen weißen Gelstift verwendet, um sowohl den Blättern als auch den Blüten Details hinzuzufügen. Ich liebe den Effekt des Gelstifts.	As additional texture I used my white gel pen to add details to the leaves as well as to the flowers. I love the effect of the gel pen.

Als Nächstes habe ich einen Hintergrund erstellt, indem ich mit einigen Farbtönen meiner wasserbasierten Altenew Stifte grobe Linien auf ein Blatt Aquarellpapier aufgetragen habe. Anschließend habe ich das Papier mit Wasser besprüht, die Farben mit einem Pinsel leicht vermischt und mit meiner Heißluftpistole getrocknet. Das Ergebnis ist ein sehr cooler „Aquarelleffekt“.	Next, I made a background by applying rough lines with some shades of my Altenew water-based dual tip pens on a sheet of watercolor paper. I then sprayed the paper with water, used a brush to mix the colors a bit and dried it with my heat gun. It gives a very cool „watercolor-wash“.
Zum Schluss habe ich die Blumen im Hintergrund angebracht und bei einigen davon Schaumstoffklebeband verwendet, um zusätzliche Dimension zu verleihen. Nachdem ich meine Grußbotschaft hinzugefügt hatte, waren meine beiden wunderschönen Karten fertig.
